Winter Parking Regulations go into Effect Monday, November 1st in Cannon Falls and are enforced until March 30th.
It is illegal to park on any street between midnight and 6:00 a.m. between November 1st and March 30th.
Vehicles parked on the street or in violation of parking permit requirements from November to March are subject to being ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.
City owned parking lots are posted with permit parking restrictions.
Apartment residents in the downtown area may receive parking permits to allow on-street parking and City Lot parking in designated areas. Permits are obtained from the Police Department.
When snow removal must occur, vehicles will be ticketed and towed starting at midnight. The only exception is in designated permit parking areas.
