The City of Cannon Falls has received funding from Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) to improve income qualified, owner-occupied households up to $25,000 for eligible projects.
Income must be at or below 80% of the Average Median Income (Example $68,300 for a 2 person household.)
