According to the City of Red Wing Public Works Department, Bluff Street between East 6th Street and East 7th Street will be closed beginning Wednesday, August 9th.
The road will be closed to allow for the excavation and replacement of water main.
Underground work is expected to be completed by late afternoon of Friday.
Staff anticipates the road surface to be restored by the end of the week, weather permitting. Detours will be in place and drivers are encouraged to avoid this area.
