42nd Annual River City Days

Red Wing’s 42nd Annual River City Days kicks off today and runs through Sunday.
Parking passes for all three days are available for $5 and the entertainment cover for all three days is just $10.
The entertainment at Bay Point Park kicks off Friday from 1-4 pm with the Key Notes old time music under the tent in the beer garden, which opens at noon.
From 5 – 7 pm it’s the Karaoke Finals by Bluff Country KCUE & Falk Auto Body and Glass.
From 8 – 11 pm Friday, it’s the Fabulous Armodillos concert.
Saturday highlights include the River City Ramble 5k Run/Walk, pickleball and 3 on 3 basketball tournaments, Car Show, Disc Golf Tournament, Arts and Craft’s Fair, Beer Garden, and Taste of Red Wing.
From 5-6:30 pm Saturday, it’s the Local Hooligans performing with the Sheldon Theatre Brass Band playing at Central Park from 7- 9 pm. The Local Hooligans take the stage in the Beer Garden again at 9 pm.
Sunday it’s annual Fly in/Drive in Pancake Breakfast at the Red Wing Airport from 8 am – noon, River City Days Parade at 1 pm and the Dweebs in concert in the Beer Garden from 5 – 8 pm.
There will be plenty of free family events at Bay Point Park all three days, including, Laser Tag, Mobile Gaming Truck, Water Wars, Rock Climbing Wall, Teen Tent and new this year, a Bald Eagle Program (Sat. 1pm) with the National Eagle Center.
